Returns

It is our goal and policy to insure that every buyer of Inspiration of Art is completely happy with their artwork purchase.  In an effort to keep our clients happy, please contact us immediately upon delivery, should any issue with your new painting should arise.  Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Inspirations of Art does not accept any returns after 7 days. After 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Once your item has been received/returned, you will receive a store credit via email.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be free of damage and in the same condition that you received it. 


Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges: Due to limited quantities and high demand, we are unable to offer exchanges. Returned items will be processed for store credit. We recommend purchasing the correct size of your desired item, and then shipping back the return product so that you don't miss out on the item.

FINAL SALE: GICLEE PRINTS/CANVAS PRINTS are created to order; sale items, gift card, free or promotional items and accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
